In the forming process of ABS plastic sheet, due to its amorphous material, medium fluidity and large moisture absorption, it must be fully dried before production and processing. Especially for plastic parts with surface gloss, it must be preheated and dried for a long time.

If the heat-resistant or flame-retardant material is to be formed, the plastic decomposition product will remain on the surface of the mold after 3-7 days of production, resulting in the surface of the mold being bright. HIPS is an impact-resistant polystyrene product produced by adding polybutyl rubber particles to polystyrene. It is a flame retardant material with greatly improved impact strength, dyeability and processability and general polystyrene. Ethylene is as good as it is, and it is widely used in household appliances and household appliances.
